Clinics (by appointment only)

    • Antenatal - Tuesday 14:00 - 1600 girl_with_open_mouth
    • Child Health and Baby Vaccinations - Wednesday 13:30 - 15:30. Our health visitor is available from 13:30 – 15:00 (by appointment only) to weigh babies and give advice.
    • Diabetes - by appointment with our diabetic nurse Helen Read.
    • Asthma - by appointment with our asthma nurse, Jane Hughes or our health care assistant.
    • Coronary Heart Disease/Cerebrovascular Disease/Chronic Kidney Disease - by appointment with one of our practice nurses or our healthcare assistant.


Other Services Offered

    • Minor Surgery - minor surgical procedures are performed by prior arrangement with the doctor.
    • Health Promotion - health checks are available by appointment with the practice nurse or healthcare assistant.
    • Contraception - all contraception services are offered by the practice during normal surgery, with the exception of coils, which are fitted by prior arrangement with Dr Foster or Dr Bashir.  Contraception implants are also offered.
    • Emergency contraception - an appointment will be offered in the next surgery.
    • Cervical Smears - these are usually taken by our practice nurses but if you are experiencing any related problems an appointment with a doctor can be arranged. 
    • Counselling - struggling with a life change? Feeling depressed or suffering prolonged stress, emotional problems or fears? You are not alone. Our CPN/counsellor can help.
    • Patients between 16 and 75 years and those who have not been seen by a doctor or nurse for any reason during the last three years will be offered a consultation if requested by the patient.
    • Patients over 75 years old who have not been seen during the last three years will be offered a consultation if requested
