Before you go to Accident and Emergency have you considered the following options?...

 

Out of Surgery Hours

For medical emergencies out of Surgery hours contact the Out-of-hours service on (freephone) 111   

 

During the evenings and weekends you may be asked to go to the Dudley Urgent Care Centre located at Russells Hall Hospital, accessed via the Russells Hall Hospital Emergency Department You will be given an appointment time, or offered advice. Dudley CCG is responsible for commissioning the Primary care out of hours service 

 

If you think your condition is life threatening or very serious you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
